Abstract: This work presents a novel framework utilizing multi-objective optimization for the design of photonic structures that concurrently address electromagnetic interference shielding and passive cooling. By exploring different multi layer structures, the study illustrates how increasing complexity correlates with enhanced performance but also raises fabrication challenges. Specifically, an eight-layer configuration demonstrates an ability to achieve both substantial electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of 61.77 dB and passive cooling power of 59.61 W/m$^2$. The ongoing experimental validations of these structures point towards promising applications in enhancing the sustainability and safety of data centers.
