At the Conference

Vancouver Information Desk

• Is staffed by highly experienced volunteers; they can give out maps, answer all Vancouver tourism-related questions, point directions, and recommend restaurants.
• 10.00 – 3.00 pm daily in the East Building of the Convention Centre.

First Aid Protocol

• Minor needs, please call our guest services at 604-647-7299 by phone or 7299 from any housephone in either buildings.  Please indicate that you require first aid and they will ask for the location and the nature of the need and dispatch the first aid attendant to the location where the request is needed.
• Emergencies, please call 604-647-7500 by phone or 7500 from any house phone as this number is a priority number and will dispatch accordingly
• NOTE: should anyone call 911 directly, please call 7500 and inform that 911 has been called and provide location as emergency services will call our team to find out exact location.

Dietary Preferences  

• If you selected your dietary preference for gluten free, peanut allergy, vegan, vegetarian, halal, or kosher in your NeurIPS profile before November 1st, please go to the West building, Level 1 Burrard Foyer (South) to pick up your meals for lunch Tuesday - Friday between 1:00 - 2:30 pm. This will also be location for the Welcome and Closing Reception meal pick up. Lunches are retail only on Saturday and Sunday.
