A visualization library for the training process of neural networks where the connection between neurons can change. By this we mean; a neuron in layer 1 may add a connection to another neuron in layer 3, even though it did not start with that particular connection. This demo is supplementary to the work "Discovering Neural Wirings" submitted to this conference.
